We’re looking for a driven and strategic Business Manager based in Western Australia to take the lead in managing our dealer network across the agriculture sector. In this regionally focused role, you’ll partner closely with your assigned dealer network to boost performance, grow market share, and support them in delivering an outstanding customer experience. You’ll be the key connection between our business and the dealer network, helping them succeed through insights, programs, commercial acumen and a confident, solutions‑focused approach. This role offers a collaborative and supportive environment with opportunities to develop and grow within a global business. Job Responsibility:
Achieve retail and wholesale sales targets within your assigned territory, ensuring compliance with program discounts
Support dealers to develop and execute business plans, sales forecasts, and marketing activities
Conduct regular dealer visits, e.g., once per quarter per outlet
Provide operational support across inventory management, sales processes and competitive positioning
Deliver clear, data-driven reports to help dealers identify and address performance gaps
Collaborate with key stakeholders including dealer principles and internal teams to resolve issues and implement improvements
Lead engagement with corporate customers and coordinate internal resources to support opportunities
Support dealer participation in field days, product demonstrations and training events
Monitor dealer performance across sales, marketing, financial and operational areas, escalating concerns as needed
Track and report on competitor activity, industry trends and customer buying patterns
Identify dealer sales team product knowledge gaps and support relevant training initiatives
Work closely with internal teams to remove barriers and enhance dealer profitability
Assist dealers in market volume forecasting and ensure inventory levels align with incentive targets
Requirements:
3+ years of experience in the agriculture industry
Proven experience working within a B2B and/or dealer network environment
Tertiary qualifications are preferred but not essential
Excellent communication, interpersonal and teamwork skills with the ability to build rapport at all levels
Result-driven and enthusiastic approach, with a passion for supporting dealer and customer success
High level of self-motivation and the ability to work effectively with minimal supervision
Solid data analysis capabilities to interpret trends, inform decisions and support dealer performance are advantageous
Intermediate knowledge in Microsoft Office
Experience with Power BI is highly desirable
Willingness to travel across Western Australia frequently
