We are seeking a motivated candidate to optimize sales of Adisseo products to accounts in the Swine and related industries within the assigned Eastern Cornbelt USA territory (primarily IL, IN, MI, OH, KY, PA & TN).
Job Responsibility
Develop and implement a sales plan to achieve sales and volume targets in line with Adisseo USA regional objectives, with the flexibility to adapt to significant and frequent modifications matching Adisseo's objectives
Establish a strong customer relationship with accounts to increase Adisseo's business and promote Adisseo's image in the industry as preferred supplier
Identify and provide solutions for solving key account customers' needs utilizing Adisseo products, technical, and engineering services
Monitor market information and competitive market intelligence
Prepare accurate and timely reports that keep all team members informed
Approximately 60% overnight travel
Operate within the approved travel & entertainment expense budget
Requirements
Working knowledge of the swine and animal feed/health industry
Minimum five years of sales experience in the feed additive or related industry
Minimum B.S. degree in Animal Science or related field
Thorough knowledge of Adisseo's complete product line and services
Computer competency in word processing, spreadsheets, and presentations
Successful selling, presenting, servicing, and negotiating techniques
Excellent communication skills to build customer relationships and rapport
Ability to work well in both a team environment and autonomously
