Job Description

You will join our team in Bologna, Italy, as a Business Manager Intern, supporting the development of our Information System & Digital business lines. You will gain hands-on experience in business development and recruitment activities within a multicultural and dynamic environment, directly contributing to the expansion of our company.

Job Responsibility

  • Conduct cold calls and prospecting to identify potential clients
  • Support the preparation of presentations and commercial proposals
  • Analyze market trends and monitor competitor activities
  • Participate in the search and pre-selection of candidates
  • Contribute to the definition of recruitment strategies and talent network creation
  • Collaborate with Talent Acquisition teams to ensure an efficient recruitment process
  • Assist in onboarding and integration of new team members
  • Support the organization of internal events and team-building activities

Requirements

  • Master’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Eligible for an extracurricular or Master’s internship agreement
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and digital collaboration tools
  • English and Italian fluent
  • Strong communication skills
  • Dynamic, proactive, and eager to learn
  • Genuine interest in sales, recruitment, and consulting
