Operational Restructuring: Audit and reorganize internal workflows to eliminate disorganization. Implement robust tracking systems for conformity records and reporting
Departmental Oversight: Directly supervise the activities of TPI Projects (long-term/ADNOC projects), TPI Call-out (reactive ad-hoc interventions), and Lifting Operations
Financial Performance (P&L): Maximize BU profitability, optimize inspector utilization rates, and control operational costs
Key Account Management: Serve as the strategic point of contact for major clients such as ADNOC. Ensure strict contract compliance and high client satisfaction
Compliance and Quality: Ensure all inspections are performed according to COMPANY procedures, standards, and specific client requirements
Team Leadership: Supervise and evaluate Team Leaders. Ensure personnel are qualified, certified, and equipped with the necessary tools
Management Reporting: Proactively notify senior management of any significant compliance issues or commercial risks in a structured manner
Requirements:
Engineering degree/ diploma or recognized equivalent, preferable in Mechanical, Metallurgy, Production or equivalent industry experience
Minimum 15 years of experience in the TIC (Testing, Inspection, Certification) sector
At least 5 to 7 years in a operational leadership role, ideally within the United Arab Emirates or GCC
Minimum 10 years’ experience in conformity assessment of pressure equipment and various engineered products
Must have minimum 5 years’ experience out of the total experience in performing QA/ QC audits related to pressure equipment manufacturing
CSWIP 3.1 or equivalent, or ASME Authorized Inspector Course, SNT-TC-1A or PCN
Proficiency in international standards (ASME, API, ISO 9001, ISO 17020) and UAE market-specific requirements (ADNOC, LEEA for lifting)
Familiar with pressure equipment in-process and final inspection technics and processes, and tools/instruments used during inspection
Preferably have attended and passed the QMS Lead Auditor (ISO 9001) training course preferably certified by IRCA (The International Register of Certificated Auditors) or equivalent, or a course recognized by a National Accreditation Body or ISO 17020 Std
Familiar with audit principles, procedures and techniques and international standard ISO 19011: “Guidelines for quality and/or environmental management systems auditing”
