  • Build long-term, trust-based relationships with key decision makers and influencers, including dairy and beef nutritionists, producers/managers, and feed mill personnel
  • Promote amino acid balancing concepts and work collaboratively with customers and nutritionists to identify tailored nutritional solutions
  • Collaborate closely with Technical Managers, Marketing, and other Business Managers to deliver integrated solutions and a consistent customer experience
  • Represent Adisseo at industry conferences, customer meetings, and networking events, reinforcing our reputation as a leader in amino acid and animal nutrition
  • Maintain accurate and timely activity reporting through CRM tools, providing visibility into opportunities, challenges, and market dynamics within the territory
  • This role requires approximately 50–60% travel

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Animal Science, Nutrition, Agriculture, or a related field
  • 5+ experience building trusted relationships in the dairy and/or beef industry, with the ability to engage credibly with nutritionists, producers, and industry partners
  • A consultative, solution-oriented selling approach, combining technical understanding with strong commercial judgment
  • Ability to develop and execute a territory strategy, balancing short-term opportunities with long-term growth
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate across diverse stakeholders
  • Solid organizational and time-management skills to manage a geographically dispersed territory
  • Comfort working autonomously while actively contributing to a collaborative team environment
  • Qualified candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States.

Nice to have:

  • Knowledge of amino acid balancing concepts and experience working with formulation tools such as CNCPS or NRC
  • Ability to translate technical concepts into clear, practical value for customers
  • Curiosity and learning agility, with an interest in continuously developing technical and commercial expertise
  • Comfort using data, digital tools, and CRM systems to inform decisions and manage the business
What we offer:
  • Inclusive & diverse Culture: Be part of a multicultural and global team of 62 nationalities, operating in 100+ countries, that values diversity, promotes inclusion, and supports work-life balance in a respectful and safe work environment
  • Benefits: care program, vacation & paid time off, profit-sharing and performance incentives
  • Learning & Career Development: benefit from continuous training, mentoring, and learning programs, with equal access to career advancement and leadership opportunities
  • Sustainable and innovative company: work on meaningful projects using cutting-edge technology, with the freedom to innovate and make a real difference. Because we contribute to feeding 8 billion people, sustainability is not an option - it is our ambition
