Job Responsibility

  • Support the CPE Lead with the development of a customer engagement strategy and execution model for the ISD CVP aligned to the team’s strategy, goals, and objectives
  • Help the CPE Lead organize and execute the rhythm to support executive sponsored accounts and for specific sales and delivery engagements which require CVP involvement
  • Ensure the ISD CVP is prepared for all customer and partner meetings with appropriate briefing materials
  • Track all actions coming from customer and partner engagements
  • Look for opportunities to leverage agentic AI and develop solutions that increase speed, quality, and organization of the CPE function
  • Coordinate and manage to closure all customer issues directed to the ISD CVP
  • Plan and prepare customer and partner visits when the ISD CVP is engaged
  • Maximize customer, partner, and field engagements undertaken by the ISD CVP during planned travels

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Operations, Finance, or related field AND 4+ years experience in program management, process management, or process improvement
