The Business Manager and Head of Strategy: CEO Office will be responsible to facilitate, manage and evaluate strategic & operational projects coordinated from the CEO’s office. The role will drive strategic direction by delivering high-quality operational insights, business analysis, and strategic advice to the CEO.
Job Responsibility:

Drive strategic direction by delivering high-quality operational insights, business analysis, and strategic advice to the CEO
Taking of actions in Management meetings and follow up on agreed action points
Preparation of presentations for the Board meetings, senior management meetings, strategic meetings, and in country review meetings etc. on behalf of the CEO
Assist with the preparation of the quarterly Board pack
Collaborate with the Finance Director to facilitate and prepare financial analysis of the different divisions and the company as a whole
Engage with the senior management team on strategic and operational matters and follow ups on behalf of the CEO
Work with the CEO and EXCO to develop, communicate and implement the long-term strategy for Tanzania
Work closely with the Group Strategy team to ensure consistency and alignment to the Group strategic direction
Support the delivery of special strategic projects for Tanzania, ensuring alignment and focus across the business
Drive the thought leadership agenda for Vodacom, with strong understanding of global technology and telco trends
Develop a strong understanding of the global strategic priorities from Vodacom Group and Vodafone
