Job Responsibility:
Supporting business planning and forward planning processes
Coordinating communications and service-wide events
Assisting with inspection preparation and regulatory visits
Leading on asset and policy register management
Promoting data quality and good recording practices
Contributing to service improvement and business continuity planning
Horizon scanning, analysing complex information, and providing insights to inform decision-making
Requirements:
Strong experience in project support or business operations
Excellent ICT and analytical skills
A good understanding of Children’s Services and related legislation
Outstanding communication and relationship-building abilities
A degree or equivalent qualification (NVQ Level 4 or higher)
A basic DBS check is required
The ability to converse confidently with members of the public is essential
