Job Description:

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Business Management Lead (Lead Business Execution Consultant) to support the Head of HR Product Strategy & Operations team. This team plays a critical role in shaping the future of our HR (Human Resources) Products. We drive strategic alignment, operational excellence, and cross-functional collaboration to ensure our product roadmap effectively meets the needs of our employees and the business. In this pivotal role, you will be instrumental in driving efficiency and execution across the team, enabling the leadership to focus on strategic priorities. You will manage key operational rhythms, contribute to strategic planning, and facilitate effective communication across various stakeholders.

Job Responsibility:

  • Design, implement, and manage regular team meetings, including agenda creation, follow-up on action items, and tracking progress against goals
  • Partner with leadership and HR Business Partners to support workforce planning
  • Support the development and tracking of strategic initiatives
  • Facilitate collaboration and communication across the HR Product Strategy & Operations team and with other relevant departments
  • Manage and support specific projects and initiatives on behalf of the Head of HR Product Strategy & Operations
  • Identify opportunities to improve team processes, workflows, and tools to enhance efficiency and productivity

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
  • 5+ years of experience in a business operations, program management, or similar role
  • Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
  • Experience within Human Resources from an Agile or Product perspective a plus
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with individuals at all levels
  • Proven ability to work independently and proactively
  • Proficiency in productivity and collaboration tools (e.g., Google Workspace, Microsoft Office Suite)
