Job Description:

Handle complex business disputes and commercial litigation. Join a dynamic and entrepreneurial law firm that values legal expertise and entrepreneurial drive. Role includes mentorship responsibilities and shaping firm strategy.

Job Responsibility:

  • Represent clients in a variety of industries in business litigation matters, including breach of contract, shareholder disputes, and regulatory compliance issues
  • build and maintain strong relationships with your portfolio of clients to drive continued revenue growth and client retention
  • advocate effectively in court proceedings and alternative dispute resolution forums
  • provide legal counsel to clients on risk management and compliance matters
  • collaborate with firm leadership to help shape strategy and identify opportunities for business development
  • mentor junior attorneys and assist in their professional development as part of a collaborative team culture

Requirements:

  • JD degree from an accredited law school and active bar admission in relevant jurisdictions
  • proven track record of success managing a portable book of business with measurable revenue contributions
  • exceptional written and verbal communication skills, analytical abilities, and attention to detail
  • strong courtroom advocacy skills and ability to work efficiently under tight deadlines
  • demonstrated ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously while maintaining exceptional client service
