Job Description:

Handle complex business disputes and commercial litigation. Join a dynamic and entrepreneurial law firm that values legal expertise and entrepreneurial drive. Role includes mentorship responsibilities and shaping firm strategy.

Job Responsibility:

Represent clients in a variety of industries in business litigation matters, including breach of contract, shareholder disputes, and regulatory compliance issues
build and maintain strong relationships with your portfolio of clients to drive continued revenue growth and client retention
advocate effectively in court proceedings and alternative dispute resolution forums
provide legal counsel to clients on risk management and compliance matters
collaborate with firm leadership to help shape strategy and identify opportunities for business development
mentor junior attorneys and assist in their professional development as part of a collaborative team culture

Requirements:

JD degree from an accredited law school and active bar admission in relevant jurisdictions
proven track record of success managing a portable book of business with measurable revenue contributions
exceptional written and verbal communication skills, analytical abilities, and attention to detail
strong courtroom advocacy skills and ability to work efficiently under tight deadlines
demonstrated ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously while maintaining exceptional client service
