Job Responsibility:

  • Manage Complex Cases: Take the lead on case strategy and execution, managing multiple high-stakes matters across various practice areas
  • Draft Legal Documents: Draft and prepare motions, briefs, discovery requests, and other legal documents with a high degree of precision and professionalism
  • Court Appearances & Trial Preparation: Represent clients in court proceedings, depositions, and assist in trial preparation, including preparing witnesses and exhibits
  • Client Interaction: Cultivate strong relationships with clients, providing them with timely updates and strategic legal advice
  • Collaborative Team Environment: Work closely with senior attorneys to refine case strategies and gain valuable mentorship while contributing your skills to the team

Requirements:

  • 3-7 years of experience in complex litigation, ideally within a law firm environment
  • Exceptional academic credentials from a top-tier law school
  • A demonstrated ability to manage and execute complex litigation matters
  • Strong research, writing, and communication skills, with an eye for detail and precision
  • A proven record of career stability and a passion for long-term professional growth in litigation
  • The ability to work independently while contributing effectively in a team-oriented setting
  • Applicant must possess a minimum of 3 years of experience as litigation attorney
  • Proven experience as a Litigation Attorney is required
  • Demonstrable skills in handling Complex Business Litigation are essential
  • Ability to draft motions effectively and efficiently is a must
  • Experience in performing Depositions is necessary
  • Applicant must be a Licensed in the State of California
  • Comfortable with making Court Appearances and boasts a successful track record in the same
