McCarter & English, LLP is actively seeking a midlevel associate for its business litigation practice group in its Wilmington, Delaware office.

Requirements

  • Delaware bar admission required
  • Two to four years of experience litigating matters in the Court of Chancery in a sophisticated business litigation practice required
