Job Description

Develop and execute the long-term strategy for the Parts & Aftermarket business. Own and manage the product portfolio, including lifecycle management, product launches, and product rationalization. Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitive activity to identify new business opportunities. Develop pricing strategies that improve profitability while maintaining market competitiveness. Build and maintain strong supplier relationships while supporting sourcing and procurement initiatives. Partner with Sales to develop commercial programs that drive aftermarket revenue and customer retention. Collaborate with Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain, and Customer Service to improve product availability and customer experience. Monitor key business metrics including revenue, margins, forecasts, and product performance. Prepare business cases, financial analysis, and recommendations for senior leadership. Drive continuous improvement initiatives across the aftermarket business.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in Product Management, Business Line Management, Category Management, Commercial Management, or Aftermarket leadership
  • Experience developing pricing strategies, managing product portfolios, and driving business growth
  • Background in industrial manufacturing, capital equipment, building products, automation, HVAC, automotive aftermarket, industrial distribution, or related technical industries
  • Strong analytical and commercial decision-making skills
  • Experience working cross-functionally with Sales, Operations, Engineering, Procurement, and Supply Chain
  • Excellent communication, relationship management, and presentation skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Marketing, or a related discipline is preferred
