Develop and execute the long-term strategy for the Parts & Aftermarket business. Own and manage the product portfolio, including lifecycle management, product launches, and product rationalization. Requirements
5+ years of experience in Product Management, Business Line Management, Category Management, Commercial Management, or Aftermarket leadership
Experience developing pricing strategies, managing product portfolios, and driving business growth
Background in industrial manufacturing, capital equipment, building products, automation, HVAC, automotive aftermarket, industrial distribution, or related technical industries
Strong analytical and commercial decision-making skills
Experience working cross-functionally with Sales, Operations, Engineering, Procurement, and Supply Chain
Excellent communication, relationship management, and presentation skills
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Marketing, or a related discipline is preferred
