Business Learning and Coaching Manager

• Identify skill based learning interventions though consultation and communication with the frontline staff
• Design and deliver the deployment of learning activities at all different levels
• Act as the key controller of frontline training calendar and ensure relationships with internal and external counterparties to make sure the training efficiency and effectiveness
• Support the communication, education and execution of all levels of learning and development activities
• Assist in the preparation of relevant data and analytics for management analysis purposes

• Bachelor Degree and above
• Minimum 10 years' experience in the field of Learning and Coaching
• Excellent training and coaching capabilities
• Experience in WPB frontline is a plus
• Independent team-worker, mature and agile in behavior and mind-set
• Good communication and relationship management skills
• Proven ability to work under pressure within demanding timelines
• Experience producing reporting and management information
• Demonstrate strong alignment with HSBC values and embedding the values in day to day behaviors and decision making
• Good command of English
