Job Responsibility

  • Understanding and driving team and area business plans, key performance indicators and key business deliverables
  • Coaching, developing and motivating team members in a supportive environment
  • Maintaining the financial health of the business
  • Developing multi-level relationships with both internal and external customers
  • Identifying gaps and opportunities for continuous improvement
  • Assessing, troubleshooting and providing solutions to a varying range of customer scenarios

Requirements

  • 2+ years experience in a leadership role in leisure or corporate travel
  • Extensive travel industry experience across domestic and international
  • Proven track record of strong leadership and the ability to maintain strong communication with team members
  • Understanding and driving team and area business plans, key performance indicators and key business deliverables
  • Assessing, troubleshooting and providing solutions to a varying range of customer scenarios
  • Drive and ambition to achieve and exceed goals
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Superior presentation and negotiation skills
