Job Responsibility
Understanding and driving team and area business plans, key performance indicators and key business deliverables
Coaching, developing and motivating team members in a supportive environment
Maintaining the financial health of the business
Developing multi-level relationships with both internal and external customers
Identifying gaps and opportunities for continuous improvement
Assessing, troubleshooting and providing solutions to a varying range of customer scenarios
Ensuring all functions deliver a compelling customer experience to maximise the opportunity for retention and customer satisfaction
Delivering FCBT’s marketing and product strategies and ensuring they are best optimised within the business
Requirements
2+ years experience in a leadership role in leisure or corporate travel
Extensive travel industry experience across domestic and international
Proven track record of strong leadership and the ability to maintain strong communication with team members
Understanding and driving team and area business plans, key performance indicators and key business deliverables
Assessing, troubleshooting and providing solutions to a varying range of customer scenarios
Drive and ambition to achieve and exceed goals
Excellent communication skills
Superior presentation and negotiation skills
The ability to manage change
A high degree of emotional intelligence
Sound business acumen
A proven track record in customer connections and an ability to deal with a diverse range of clients
