Lead the national sales team for critical care to achieve revenue and profitability targets
Lead critical care business strategy, spearhead revenue growth and market share expansion through strategic regional planning
Execute business development initiatives, expanding into newer markets
Collaborate cross-functionally for critical care portfolio expansion, building key relationships and providing leadership to the sales and clinical teams to ensure successful strategy execution

Focus on the penetration and upgradation of therapies in the market
Business Development: Formulate and execute strategies to explore and expand into untapped market segments
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and capitalize on critical care portfolio expansion opportunities
Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, clients, and partners
Provide leadership and direction to the sales and clinical team to ensure effective execution of strategies
