The Business Key Account Manager will drive extraordinary business growth by being the entrepreneur that actively attracts new business customers and builds long-term relationships while increasing customer value. Part of the selling team of the Remote Customer Meeting Point (RCMP) of IKEA, contributing to the selling plan.
Job Responsibility:
Act as a member of the RCMP and country Selling team and proactively contribute to the Selling plan/output
Actively cooperate with all key stakeholders within commercial and beyond to secure integration
Actively drive acquisition of new business customers and build up long term relationships with key accounts
Continuously develop relationships with major developers, architects, contractors and other stakeholders in construction
Lead negotiations in finalizing terms and pricing for RFPs and other Key Account deals
Responsible for overseeing execution of won deals
Responsible for managing the leads pipeline, measure success rate, follow up and identify improvement areas
Be an active player in working on sustainability initiatives within selling
Requirements:
Bachelor or master degree
Experience in Project Management and strong leadership capabilities
Experience in Key Account Management and a background in Sales and/or Business
