We currently have more than 2 million healthcare professionals in our database, totaling approximately 10 million patient evaluations to date. Our mission is to “help people live longer, healthier lives” Through a diverse range of services, we are able to serve different audiences: our marketplace, which allows patients to schedule and evaluate appointments and doctors at any time of the day or night; and our SaaS system (Software as a Service) aimed at optimizing office management, patient flow and online bookings. All this through an internet platform and our iOS/Android apps.

Job Responsibility:

  • Derive facts from data and translate them into actionable insights and recommendations
  • Support the business by identifying opportunities and making smart, data-driven decisions
  • Execute end-to-end BI projects and be the main point of contact for the internal stakeholders
  • Use (and develop) a local database
  • Create, automate, and visualize reports and analysis for both top management and local teams (such as Finance, Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, and Customer Experience)
  • Have a chance to develop prediction/classification models using Python/R, once you become independent in the role

Requirements:

  • Extensive experience using SQL to derive actionable insights, either in a commercial or academic setting
  • Knowledge of Python/R and desire to expand your knowledge
  • Experience with Redshift, Git, Tableau, and Airflow, as you’ll be using these tools daily
  • Experience with statistical modeling and descriptive statistics
  • Experience dealing in partnership with internal stakeholders
  • Experience leading and executing end-to-end BI projects
  • An advanced level of business English
