Job Responsibility:
Lead the full project lifecycle for BI initiatives
Develop detailed project plans, define scope, allocate resources, track milestones, and ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet customer requirement
Act as the primary point of contact between business stakeholders, technical teams, and senior management
Gather requirements, define project scope, and provide regular updates on project status, risks, and milestones to ensure alignment
Lead the design and delivery of BI solutions such as newsletters, reports, benchmarking processes
Ensure solutions integrate seamlessly with existing data infrastructure and adhere to data governance and quality standards
Coordinate and collaborate with data analysts, engineers, and other cross-functional teams in China and global regions
Foster a high-performance work environment and promote best practices in project management and BI implementation
Proactively identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and issues
Develop contingency plans to ensure smooth project execution.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field
Master preferred
10+ years of experience in business planning, program management, or strategy roles, ideally in automotive or technology sectors
Keen insight into automotive industry trends and market hotpots
Experience with automotive product planning or project management is advantageous
Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders at all levels.
