Job Description:

The Business Intelligence Manager is responsible for guiding the business through the analysis of quantitative & qualitative data. This role requires the creation of customer-centric solutions/approaches driven by data analysis, business acumen, creativity, and effective communication. This position will participate in the design and development of reporting structures and interfaces, as well as administration of standardized reports to be applied across business teams. Deliver business insights and findings in succinct and creative ways using data visualizations for a broad audience, including all levels of leadership, technology, business and finance.

Job Responsibility:

  • Support the analytic needs of the business by using data from various sources (e.g. call centers, SAP, & Business Objects)
  • Guide data strategy across multiple touch points (e.g. POS tool, surveys, market research)
  • Build comprehensive dashboards from different data sources for presentations to senior management
  • Lead the process of driving core insights from available data and build strategies to improve the customer experience & performance
  • Provide analysis for sales representative, supervisor, call center, partner, & financial performance
  • Present analysis & strategies to senior management in verbal & written forms
  • Conduct competitive analysis to inform offers & processes

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree Business, Statistics or similar field
  • 4+ years of experience with business intelligence tools (e.g. Business Objects, Cognos, Hyperion, etc.)
  • 4+ years of experience in reporting & analyzing performance & data visualization (Tableau
  • PowerBI)
  • 4+ years of experience in sophisticated analytics, which include SQL/ETL of complex datasets, competitive analysis, quantitative analysis & research
