Job Description

We are hiring a Business Intelligence Consultant that will focus on current and future projects for rights holders and brand clients. The focus will be on analytical solutions involving the KORE Intelligence Platform to drive strategic business decisions through reporting and other data strategies. You would be joining a fast paced team, trusted by rightsholders and brands to deliver impact and value.

Job Responsibility

  • Leverage deep relationships and knowledge across agencies, brands, and rights holders to develop data-driven sponsorship strategies
  • Translate client business objectives into scalable BI and analytics solutions within the KORE Intelligence platform
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to clients on all business intelligence initiatives
  • Curate client strategies based on market trends, valuation methodologies, sponsorship performance metrics, and whitespace opportunities
  • Partner with client stakeholders to define KPIs, success metrics, and standardized reporting approaches
  • Facilitate strategic planning for key partner programs
  • Lead day-to-day client engagements
  • Ensure all deliverables align with SOWs, timelines, data governance standards, and client expectations
  • Educate clients on best practices for leveraging KORE Intelligence and BI tools
  • Design, develop, and maintain custom SQL queries across complex datasets
  • Build and optimize scalable data models to support reporting and analytics within KORE Intelligence and downstream BI tools
  • Develop and deliver interactive Tableau dashboards and reports
  • Integrate and harmonize disparate data sources to create unified views of sponsorship performance and business operations
  • Perform ad hoc analysis to answer key business questions
  • Establish and maintain data quality standards
  • Translate complex data findings into clear, concise narratives and visualizations tailored to executive audiences
  • Monitor and analyze trends across sponsorship performance, inventory utilization, and revenue tracking
  • Collaborate with product and engineering teams to enhance data pipelines
  • Support ongoing innovation in analytics by identifying new tools, methodologies, and automation opportunities

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree required, MBA preferred
  • 3 to 5 years of business strategy, consulting, or agency experience (preferably in the sports/entertainment industry)
  • 2+ years of professional experience with SQL is required
  • 2+ years of professional experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, PowerBI, Looker)
  • Experience with R, Python, and/or another statistical programming language a plus
  • Experience with KORE Intelligence software is a plus
  • Proficient in Microsoft Suite, particularly with PowerPoint, Word and Excel
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and technical skills
  • Knowledge of sponsorship and the sports industry
  • Ability to communicate professionally in both a written and verbal context with external end-users and internal colleagues
  • Attention to detail, ability to work with deadlines, and ability to coordinate across multiple departments
  • Ability to carry out responsibilities with minimal direction

Nice to have

  • MBA preferred
  • Experience with R, Python, and/or another statistical programming language a plus
  • Experience with KORE Intelligence software is a plus
