As a Business Intelligence Analyst, the beneficiary’s job duties will include: ● Design, develop, and maintain business intelligence solutions including dashboards, reports, and data visualizations to support organizational decision-making. ● Gather, document, and analyze business requirements from stakeholders and translate them into technical specifications for BI solutions. ● Build and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar platforms to provide real-time visibility into key performance indicators (KPIs). ● Conduct data quality assessments and implement data validation processes to ensure reliability of analytical outputs. ● Perform ad hoc analysis and present findings to business stakeholders and senior management to support strategic planning and operations. ● Identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities within business data and provide actionable recommendations to business leaders. ● Work with cross-functional teams including Finance, Operations, and Technology to understand reporting needs and deliver timely analytical solutions. ● Monitor and maintain existing BI infrastructure, proactively identifying and resolving performance bottlenecks and data discrepancies. ● Assist in the evaluation and adoption of new BI tools and technologies to improve analytical capabilities.

Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Information Technology, Business Analytics, Data Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, or a closely related field
Related experience in business intelligence, data analysis, reporting, dashboard development, and business data management
Strong experience working with SQL, data modeling, data warehousing concepts, and relational database management systems
Experience developing and maintaining dashboards, reports, and visualizations using business intelligence tools such as Power BI, Tableau, QlikView, or similar platforms
Strong knowledge of data analysis, data validation, data transformation, and data quality management techniques
Experience gathering business requirements, translating them into technical specifications, and delivering actionable insights to stakeholders
Knowledge of ETL processes, data integration, and data migration methodologies using tools such as SSIS, Informatica, Talend, or similar technologies is preferred
Experience working with large datasets and performing data extraction, cleansing, aggregation, and reporting activities
Understanding of data warehousing concepts, dimensional modeling, star schema, snowflake schema, and data governance principles
Experience with cloud-based analytics and reporting platforms such as Microsoft Azure, Amazon Web Services (AWS), or Google Cloud Platform (GCP) is preferred
Knowledge of software development lifecycle (SDLC), Agile/Scrum methodologies, and version control practices is preferred
Experience using Microsoft Excel, Power BI, Tableau, SQL Server Management Studio (SSMS), and other reporting and analytics tools
Understanding of key performance indicators (KPIs), business metrics, forecasting, trend analysis, and decision-support systems
Ability to communicate technical findings to both technical and non-technical stakeholders through reports, dashboards, presentations, and data visualizations
Strong analytical, troubleshooting, problem-solving, organizational, communication, and teamwork skills
