We are looking for a talented business intelligence analyst to join our team and help us analyze, drive and scale our business.

Job Responsibility:

Partner with Business, Product & Engineering to define reporting needs and deliver data-driven solutions
Build, maintain & automate dashboards and recurring reports for cross-team decision-making
Manage ad-hoc data requests with timely, accurate insights
Analyse complex datasets to spot trends, risks & opportunities, and present clear findings
Define and track KPIs, ensuring consistency across the organisation
Work with BI & Data Engineering to improve data accessibility and reporting processes
Foster a data-driven culture by enabling self-service analytics and supporting business users

Requirements:

1+ years of experience in data analysis, reporting, or a related field
Strong SQL skills and experience querying relational databases
Familiarity with data visualisation tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Looker)
Solid analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and turn it into actionable insights
Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain complex findings to non-technical stakeholders
A proactive mindset, an ownership mentality, and strong organisational skills to handle multiple priorities

Nice to have:

Experience with Python and/or Excel for deeper data analysis
Knowledge of statistical methods and hypothesis testing
Experience working with big data environments or cloud platforms
Understanding of data warehousing concepts and their support for reporting
