Job Description:

Business Intelligence Analyst positions! Permanent Position / Direct Hire!

Job Responsibility:

Analyze and re-engineer client onboarding processes for State Street Front to Back-office services (Transaction Management, Recording Keeping, Corporate Actions, OTC derivatives, Performance & analytics, etc.)
Conduct Gap Analysis and ensure product modules fit overall business solutions, collaborating with technical units for order management and compliance
Identify critical modules, confirm inventory with Client SMEs, and improve architecture implementation for efficiency
Validate daily data updates in CRIMS and create model orders in CRD to verify workflow and trade validation
Design ETL architecture for data transfer to ESP, manage ETL processes for Data Completeness, Transformation, and Quality, and map client legacy data
Collaborate with ESP development team to resolve issues, provide automation requirements, and integrate Front, Middle, and Back Office frameworks
Manage Program Plan and Roadmap, ensuring efficient client management, monitoring high-risk items, and establishing escalation plans
Review test approaches and SQL/PL/SQL codes, performing various testing methods (backend, frontend, UI, database, integration, etc.)
Ensure performance attribution methodologies meet client requirements, participate in Agile/Scrum meetings, and manage the testing pipeline and automation tasks
Provide support and expertise in performance-related projects and ad-hoc requests

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree or its foreign equivalent in Computer Science, CIS, MIS, Business, or related field
Ability to work in a project driven environment
Experience or desire to work in an agile environment
