Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Business Intelligence Analyst to join our technology-driven team. The ideal candidate will leverage their expertise in data analysis and visualization to deliver actionable insights that drive business decisions. This role requires an analytical mindset, strong technical skills, and a passion for translating complex data into clear, impactful solutions for performance optimization and operational efficiency.

Job Responsibility:

Design and implement business intelligence solutions using tools such as Power BI, Tableau, SQL, and other analytics platforms
Develop, manage, and optimize data models and dashboards to provide real-time business performance insights
Collaborate with stakeholders to understand data needs and deliver relevant, tailored analytics solutions
Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities to improve decision-making and resource efficiency
Provide actionable recommendations based on data insights to support strategic objectives
Maintain and continuously improve BI tools, systems, and infrastructure, ensuring data accuracy and security
Partner with cross-functional teams to gather requirements for data-driven projects and provide education on BI technologies
Stay current on emerging trends in business intelligence and data analytics to recommend and adopt new tools and techniques

Requirements:

Advanced knowledge in BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau)
Proficiency in programming languages like SQL, Python, or R
Strong problem-solving skills
Experience analyzing structured and unstructured data
Proficiency in managing relational databases such as SQL Server or Oracle, including ETL processes
Excellent communication skills
Familiarity with Agile/Lean processes

Nice to have:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Analytics, Information Technology, or related fields
Certifications in BI tools (e.g., Power BI Data Analyst, Tableau Desktop Specialist)
Experience working with cloud-based data warehouses such as AWS Redshift, Google BigQuery, or Snowflake
Proven track record of extracting intelligence from large datasets in industries such as finance, healthcare, or retail
