Business Intelligence Analyst

As a Business Intelligence Analyst, the beneficiary's job duties will include: ● Design, develop, and maintain business intelligence solutions including dashboards, reports, and data visualizations to support organizational decision-making. ● Gather, document, and analyze business requirements from stakeholders and translate them into technical specifications for BI solutions. ● Build and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar platforms to provide real-time visibility into key performance indicators (KPIs). ● Conduct data quality assessments and implement data validation processes to ensure reliability of analytical outputs. ● Perform ad hoc analysis and present findings to business stakeholders and senior management to support strategic planning and operations. ● Identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities within business data and provide actionable recommendations to business leaders. ● Work with cross-functional teams including Finance, Operations, and Technology to understand reporting needs and deliver timely analytical solutions. ● Monitor and maintain existing BI infrastructure, proactively identifying and resolving performance bottlenecks and data discrepancies. ● Assist in the evaluation and adoption of new BI tools and technologies to improve analytical capabilities.
