Job Responsibility:

Analyze, gather, and document BI requirements across functional areas such as supply chain, sales, operations, and financial performance
Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to understand data needs and translate them into impactful dashboards and analytical reports
Perform complex data analysis using multiple BI tools and large datasets to generate actionable business insights
Develop and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using Oracle Data Visualization, SAP Lumira, Power BI, Tableau, and Web Intelligence
Create and optimize SQL queries to support BI reports, data pipelines, and visualization layers
Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT), validate deliverables against requirements, and provide post-deployment support
Document reporting logic, transformation rules, and dashboard designs to maintain knowledge transparency and scalability
Engage in Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives, contributing to iterative BI solution delivery
Lead knowledge transfer sessions and support documentation for SaaS applications and BI deliverables
Coordinate with global business units to ensure consistent and timely delivery of reporting packs and dashboard updates

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
5+ years of experience as a BI Analyst/Developer working in pharma, retail, and manufacturing domains
Proven ability to work with business stakeholders to understand reporting needs and deliver scalable BI solutions
Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to clearly articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
Experience in Agile/Scrum environments with familiarity in tools like Jira, Confluence, or similar platforms
Demonstrated ability to support critical BI systems in production and coordinate across global teams
Travel may be required depending on project and client location
