Job Description

We are partnering with a well-established organization that is investing heavily in its enterprise data platform and analytics capabilities. As they continue to expand their data ecosystem, they are seeking a Business Intelligence Analyst to join a collaborative team responsible for building, maintaining, and enhancing enterprise data models that support critical business operations and decision-making. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working on the technical side of business intelligence, creating scalable data solutions, developing enterprise data models, and ensuring reliable data is available for reporting and analytics across the organization.

Job Responsibility

  • Design, develop, and maintain enterprise data models that support reporting and analytics initiatives across the organization
  • Build and enhance data pipelines that integrate multiple business systems and data sources
  • Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to understand data requirements and implement scalable solutions
  • Support and administer Power BI environments, including semantic models, refresh schedules, capacity management, and performance optimization
  • Develop and maintain SQL and Python-based solutions for data transformation, automation, and data quality initiatives
  • Troubleshoot data issues, resolve defects, and support ongoing enhancements to enterprise data assets
  • Participate in an on-call rotation supporting critical enterprise data platforms and reporting environments
  • Contribute to Agile ceremonies and collaborate closely with team members on backlog prioritization and project delivery

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree required
  • Experience working in Business Intelligence, Data Analytics, Analytics Engineering, Data Engineering, or a related field
  • Strong SQL development and troubleshooting skills
  • Experience designing, maintaining, and optimizing enterprise data models
  • Experience integrating and transforming data from multiple source systems
  • Intermediate Python skills for automation, scripting, and data processing
  • Experience supporting and administering Power BI environments beyond report development
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills within Agile teams

Nice to have

  • Experience working with SAP data and business processes
  • Exposure to cloud-based data platforms and modern data architecture practices
  • Interest in Artificial Intelligence and Generative AI technologies
  • Experience using AI-assisted development tools such as GitHub Copilot
