Job Description:

Hands-on Workday Reporting analyst needed to support ERP remediation and reporting reconfiguration work. The core focus is building and remediating advanced and complex matrix reports, supporting ongoing data pulls, and partnering closely with business stakeholders (HR/Payroll/Labor/Legal).

Requirements:

  • 2–3 years of hands-on Workday Reporting experience
  • Proven ability building and troubleshooting Advanced Reports in Workday
  • Strong experience creating Complex Matrix Reports (highest priority requirement)
  • Experience supporting remediation / reconfiguration work related to ERP or Workday changes
  • Strong working knowledge of Workday Business Objects and reporting structure
  • Comfortable engaging with business stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver outputs (e.g., BRDs / reporting requirements)
  • Strong analytical mindset with ability to execute in a structured environment (specific action items + deadlines)
  • Highly organized, structured, and dependable
  • Calm under pressure and able to manage multiple reporting requests
  • Strong communication skills (internal + external)
  • Comfortable working directly with stakeholders across multiple business functions

Nice to have:

  • Workday BIRT exposure (report layout/template experience)
  • Workday reporting-related certification(s) (preferred but not required), such as: Workday Pro: Reporting (if applicable)
  • Workday Reporting / Prism / HCM Reporting training or credentials
