Job Responsibility

  • Partner with business stakeholders to define, document, and standardize Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) aligned to critical business objectives
  • Design and maintain comprehensive dashboards, scorecards, and recurring performance reports (e.g., weekly, monthly, executive summaries)
  • Analyze KPI trends, variances, and drivers, surfacing compelling insights and recommendations
  • Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and consistency across all reports and data sources
  • Automate reporting processes wherever possible to enhance scalability and reliability
  • Develop clear data visualizations and narratives tailored to both executive and operational audiences
  • Establish robust reporting governance, definitions, and metric documentation
  • Support ad hoc analysis and deep dives to inform critical decision-making
  • Continuously improve KPI frameworks based on evolving business needs and strategic priorities

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Analytics, Information Systems, or a related field
  • 8 to 10 years of experience in business intelligence, analytics, or performance reporting
  • 5 to 8 years of experience building end‑to‑end dashboards (model → visuals → publish)
  • 5 to 8 years of experience with Data Querying & Transformation
  • 5 to 8 years of experience with KPI Design, Performance Measurement & Analysis
  • Strong experience with Power BI and reporting tools
  • Proficiency in Excel
  • working knowledge of SQL and data modeling preferred
  • Experience translating business questions into measurable KPIs
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail skills
  • Ability to communicate insights clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences

Nice to have

  • Experience supporting operational, finance, procurement, or supply chain functions
  • Familiarity with KPI governance, metric standardization, and reporting best practices
  • Experience working with large or complex datasets across multiple systems
