We are seeking a Business Integration Expert to drive non-digital transformation initiatives within Finance Operations. This role focuses on achieving efficiency targets, managing risks, and enabling process improvements by collaborating with operations, delivery teams, and business stakeholders.
Job Responsibility:
Conduct assessments to identify and address gaps in the Finance Operations transformation roadmap
Act as a proxy product owner, coordinating with delivery and operations teams
Maximise value realisation and report progress to programme teams
Manage projects for all non-digital initiatives within Finance Operations
Support transformation governance to ensure process and tool changes are accurately reflected in VOIS toolchain
Collaborate with enabling functions and service towers to share best practices and break silos
Requirements:
14+ years of experience in process transformation
At least 3 years of experience in Finance Operations
Proven experience in DB (Digital Business) management and stakeholder engagement
Strong project management skills
Certifications in Lean Six Sigma (Black Belt/Green Belt), Agile, and Project Management
Ability to work collaboratively across multiple teams and functions
