Job Description

We are seeking a Business Integration Expert to drive non-digital transformation initiatives within Finance Operations. This role focuses on achieving efficiency targets, managing risks, and enabling process improvements by collaborating with operations, delivery teams, and business stakeholders.

Job Responsibility

  • Conduct assessments to identify and address gaps in the Finance Operations transformation roadmap
  • Act as a proxy product owner, coordinating with delivery and operations teams
  • Maximise value realisation and report progress to programme teams
  • Manage projects for all non-digital initiatives within Finance Operations
  • Support transformation governance to ensure process and tool changes are accurately reflected in VOIS toolchain
  • Collaborate with enabling functions and service towers to share best practices and break silos

Requirements

  • 14+ years of experience in process transformation
  • At least 3 years of experience in Finance Operations
  • Proven experience in DB (Digital Business) management and stakeholder engagement
  • Strong project management skills
  • Certifications in Lean Six Sigma (Black Belt/Green Belt), Agile, and Project Management
  • Ability to work collaboratively across multiple teams and functions
