Business Integration Engineer

We’re looking for an experienced Manufacturing or Industrial Engineer who thrives on connecting strategy to execution. In this role, you’ll work closely with our Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) and Global Capacity teams to align production capabilities with future projects, new product launches, and major growth initiatives — including global data center programs. You’ll play a central role in new product introductions, ensuring technical resources, facilities, and manufacturing processes are ready to support innovation at scale. Collaboration is key: you’ll partner across Manufacturing, Engineering, and Materials Control teams to streamline operations, drive standardization, and improve efficiency across Victaulic’s global footprint. This position also provides leadership and mentorship to a Production Engineer, while contributing hands-on expertise in process improvement, benchmarking, and best practice development. The ideal candidate is an independent problem solver who’s equally comfortable working in the plant or in the planning room — someone who can see the big picture, then engineer the path to make it happen. This is a high-impact, cross-functional position that directly influences how Victaulic plans, builds, and delivers the products that drive our global business.
