We believe technology is only as powerful as the people using it to create a better tomorrow: Role Purpose: Your role as Business Retail Advisor is to drive sales and support the store in achieving targets while at the same time giving every customer a best in class experience and meeting their individual needs to grow customer loyalty. This is a senior role within our retail model, therefore the BIR Advisor will be expected to deliver individual business targets alongside all other business KPI’s assigned by their Store Manager.In addition they will be expected to support the Store Manager in driving business connections in store. They will support BIR Business Development Manager (RBDM) as part of the Business in Retail strategy by selling business solutions to Soho and SME customers within their store’s catchment area.They will partner with the RBDM to drive and close new business through the store. Both the store, the BIR Advisor and the RBDM will have a dependent new business targets but the RBDM will also be expected to close business outside of the store environment. As such, the BIR Advisor will be required to identify and forward any potential 6+ connection leads to their RBDM. They will guide, mentor and support the other team members in store around any new products, procedures or processes that arise; as well as champion and drive business connections within the store.

Represent the interests of business in the store
Achievement of individual sales targets
Up sell and promote additional products to business customers such as Landline on mobile, bulk text
Ensure all administration associated with the role is completed correctly and within agreed timeframes
Drive Pilot KPIs – volume sales, business mix, TNPS
Develop a base of loyal customers by delivering an excellent customer experience to all our customers
Take ownership of your customer's issues or needs to ensure that all aspects are resolved and/or seen through to completion
Listen to customers’ needs and consistently meet or exceed their expectations with Vodafone’s products and services
Always look at things from the customer’s point of view
Be an ambassador for the Vodafone brand
Work as part of a team to support customers and drive sales and customer experience
Educate and up skill the other team members in the store on business products and services
Liaise with local hunter and RBDM on lead management for larger accounts
Requirements
Minimum 2 years previous Retail experience, ideally at Senior Sales level or above
Experience in engaging with both Consumer and Business customers
Demonstrate a working knowledge and interest in data products and smart phones
Continuously keep up to date with industry trends and competitor activity across all customer segments
Ability to communicate effectively and positively with both customers and team members
