Job Description

Our client is seeking a Business Immigration Case Manager to support employment-based immigration matters and provide high-quality case management throughout the visa process. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional with strong knowledge of immigration procedures, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to manage a high-volume caseload in a fast-paced legal environment.

Job Responsibility

  • Manage a variety of employment-based immigration cases from initiation through filing and final disposition
  • Prepare and review immigration petitions and applications, including supporting documents and correspondence
  • Track case deadlines and maintain accurate case records in internal systems
  • Communicate with clients, foreign nationals, attorneys, and government agencies regarding case status and document collection
  • Monitor changes in immigration laws, regulations, and filing requirements
  • Ensure compliance with firm and client protocols throughout the case lifecycle
  • Assist with drafting forms, letters, and petition support documents
  • Respond to case-related inquiries in a professional and timely manner

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • 2+ years of business immigration experience, ideally in a law firm or professional services environment
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize multiple deadlines
  • Proficiency with case management systems and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team setting
