We are looking for two Business Immigration Attorneys to support a national law firm in Irvine, California. This long-term contract position offers the opportunity to work closely with Fortune 500 clients, assisting them with employment-based visa applications.
Job Responsibility:
Handle employment-based visa petitions, ensuring accuracy and compliance with legal requirements
Draft and review legal documents related to immigration cases for Fortune 500 clients
Provide legal counsel on immigration matters and advise clients on strategic solutions
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth handling of client cases
Stay updated on immigration law changes and apply them effectively to client cases
Conduct thorough research and analysis to support visa applications and legal strategies
Represent clients during immigration proceedings, if necessary
Maintain organized case files and ensure timely submissions of applications
Work onsite in the firm’s Orange County office to provide hands-on support for client needs
Requirements:
Must hold a valid attorney license and be in good standing in any U.S. jurisdiction
Minimum of 2 years of legal experience, preferably in immigration law, with attention to detail
Familiarity with employment-based immigration processes and visa petitions
Strong legal drafting and document review skills
Ability to analyze complex legal issues and provide strategic solutions
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with clients
Willingness to work onsite at the Irvine, California office
Commitment to maintaining high standards of professionalism and confidentiality
Nice to have:
Experience in immigration is preferred but not required as training is available
