A leading global immigration law firm is seeking a Business Immigration Attorney to support its Writing Team on a remote, contract basis. This role is focused on high-volume writing projects for a large technology client and requires deep, hands-on experience with extraordinary ability and national interest waiver petitions (O-1, EB-1, and EB-2 NIW petitions, including RFEs and NOIDs). The ideal candidate can contribute immediately with minimal oversight in a fast-paced, writing-intensive environment. This is a remote contract opportunity with an ASAP start, structured as a 3-month rolling engagement (no set end date at this time). Candidates must be available to work West Coast business hours.
Job Responsibility:
Draft and file O-1, EB-1, and EB-2 NIW petitions in a high-volume setting
Prepare and respond to RFEs and NOIDs with thorough legal analysis and supporting evidence
Review and refine petition narratives, exhibits, and supporting documentation
Conduct legal research and advise on complex case strategy
Collaborate with writing teams, case managers, and attorneys to ensure accuracy and efficiency
Requirements:
Active U.S. state bar or Washington, D.C. bar membership in good standing
3–5+ years of business immigration experience with a strong emphasis on O-1, EB-1, and NIW writing
Demonstrated success drafting RFEs and complex extraordinary ability filings
Ability to manage high-volume workloads and meet strict deadlines
Strong written advocacy skills
Must be available to work West Coast business hours
