Job Description:

Our client, a global immigration services firm located in Boston, is seeking a Business Immigration Analyst to join their team. This role (M-F, 9:00am-5:30pm) is a 3+ month contract with the potential to become permanent later in the year. The position pays $26 per hour and offers a great opportunity for individuals who are detail-oriented and thrive in a high-volume, process-driven environment.

Job Responsibility:

  • Prepare and file immigration petitions, including document collection, review, and drafting
  • Communicate with foreign nationals and clients under supervisor guidance
  • Track case progress, meet deadlines, and escalate issues when needed
  • Compile and summarize data for internal and client reporting
  • Maintain compliance with firm and regulatory policies using internal systems

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree (minimum), Associate's degree or Paralegal certification also acceptable
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent written/verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work efficiently in fast-paced settings with competing priorities
  • Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and general comfort with computer systems
  • Customer service experience and a team-oriented attitude
