Job Description:

We are looking for a Business Immigration Analyst to join our team in Addison, TX. In this Contract to permanent position, you will play a key role in supporting immigration-related processes and administrative functions within a dynamic and fast-paced environment. This role offers the opportunity to develop your skills while contributing to impactful work in a detail-oriented services setting.

Job Responsibility:

  • Welcome and direct visitors, ensuring they are properly announced and assisted
  • Manage daily administrative tasks such as receiving packages, processing immigration-related mail, and coordinating mass mailings for various departments
  • Monitor visitor access using a logbook and uphold security protocols
  • Keep communal areas, such as the break room, clean and organized to maintain a detail-oriented workspace
  • Support office organization by handling ad-hoc tasks as needed
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth office operations and timely completion of assignments
  • Assist with coordinating deliveries and shipments through services like FedEx
  • Ensure all incoming and outgoing correspondence is handled efficiently and accurately

Requirements:

  • High school diploma required
  • a college degree is preferred
  • Previous experience in a receptionist or administrative role is an advantage
  • Familiarity with detail-oriented services or law firm environments is highly desirable
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel is essential
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, are required
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail
