We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Business Head to lead the Poultry Equipment Division for PAN India and Global markets. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving business growth, operational excellence, and profitability across all functions — Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Customer Service.

Job Responsibility:

  • Develop and execute business strategies to achieve growth targets in domestic and international markets
  • Lead business planning, budgeting, and P&L management for the division
  • Identify new business opportunities, markets, and partnerships to expand the brand footprint globally
  • Drive sales growth through dealer networks, OEMs, institutional clients, and project-based business
  • Oversee marketing initiatives, product positioning, and participation in trade fairs and exhibitions
  • Strengthen customer relationships and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction

Requirements:

  • B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical / Agriculture / Production Engineering
  • MBA preferred
  • 15-20+ years in Poultry Equipment, Agribusiness, or related manufacturing industry
