Lead the strategic growth and operational excellence of a dynamic agri-business in India. As the Business Head, you will be instrumental in shaping the future of our client's agri-business. You will spearhead strategic initiatives, oversee P&L responsibility, and drive market expansion. This role requires a visionary leader who can navigate the complexities of the agricultural technology landscape and deliver exceptional results.

Job Responsibility:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive business strategies to achieve ambitious growth targets
  • Manage the Profit & Loss (P&L) for the business unit, ensuring financial health and profitability
  • Drive sales and marketing initiatives to expand market share and enhance brand presence
  • Oversee all operational aspects of the business, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness

Requirements:

  • Must have an MBA/PGDM qualification
  • Must possess 10 to 15 years of progressive experience in business leadership roles
