Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and driven Business Growth Partner to join our Obagi Sales team. This role will play a key part in activating sales and awareness of key product ranges within the Healthxchange customer base by developing collaborative and profitable relationships.

Job Responsibility

  • Work collaboratively with the Sales team on the road to help drive efficiency and growth on territories
  • Work remotely with accounts that have an appetite to grow their business with our portfolio of brands
  • Develop sustainable relationships with the business owner and staff to achieve agreed business aims and targets, whilst carefully managing personal time and productivity
  • Generate, maintain, and develop sales focusing on the Obagi medical portfolio
  • Support the sales team to generate new leads and create opportunities through cold calling and established client reach out
  • Help with diary management of the on field sales team to drive efficiency and productivity
  • Conduct regular, planned virtual meetings with selected accounts that align with the accounts strategic plan for growth
  • Implement sales and marketing strategies as requested
  • Use customer and data analysis to direct effort to deliver best return
  • Provide bespoke, remote training plans on brand product, protocols and retailing, enlisting support from the education team where necessary but hosting education sessions yourself where possible
  • Respond to and follow up sales opportunities using appropriate and timely methods
  • Use tech to work smarter: Data capture and reporting. Record, analyse, report, update and administer relevant systems and company information requirements
  • Attend meetings virtually and plan diary effectively
  • Routinely access product knowledge to deliver excellence in education
  • Work closely with line manager to identify training needs and deliver solutions to raising overall skills and knowledge level to understand the Healthxchange portfolio and how to promote them
  • Attend and present at internal and external meetings to aid business development
  • Adhere to health and safety policy, and other requirements relating to self and care of equipment
  • Carry out additional and ad hoc duties as and when required as requested by the management of the company

Requirements

  • Proven commercial account management demonstrating high standards of sales skill, business acumen and customer service
  • Strong negotiation skills resulting in best outcomes for business and clients
  • Fluent communication skills
  • Knowledge and experience within the skincare industry, with a high standard of clinical knowledge
