Business Financial Crime Risk Manager role focusing on using Data & Analytics to drive business activities and outcomes that improve customer experience, staff productivity, and business decision processes to improve profitability and grow market share.

Job Responsibility:

Using Data & Analytics to drive business activities and outcomes that improve or transform: Customer experience
Staff productivity
Business decision process
Improve business profitability and grow market share following WPB strategies

Requirements:

1 to 4 years' experience with specialization in one or more of these skills: business analytics, data science, data management, AI/ML engineering, cloud platform engineering, data governance, data visualization
Good problem solving skills
Strong communicator
Good interpersonal skills
Demonstrated experience in forming 'advisory' relationships with senior managers
Highly self-motivated, self-starter
Strong team player
Able to work members of different skills and experiences
Comfortable to operate in a complex matrix structure with multiple stakeholders
Technical knowledge in one or more of: customer segmentation, data science, portfolio analytics, use of open-source data in analyses, data engineering
