Business & Financial Controller

Diesel is a truly worldwide organization. It is present in more than 80 countries with 5,000 points of sale, including more than 400 company owned stores. At Diesel’s Headoffice in Milan (Italy), we are looking for a Business & Financial Controller to join our Controlling Department. The role will report directly to the Financial Controlling Manager within the European Finance Team and will work in close collaboration with both the HQ Controlling and Administration departments, as well as with local administration teams across the region. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving cost-efficiency initiatives across the organization and ensuring the timely and accurate execution of closing and planning processes for the assigned countries. A key part of the role will also involve strengthening the partnership with key business stakeholders to support data-driven decision-making and financial performance improvements.
