Business Finance & Operations Manager

• Drive and coordinate business performance follow-up and forecasting process in the country
• project and secure long-term financial development aligning with IKEA Direction, Market Penetration Plan and identified business opportunities
• secure documented scenario planning and implementation to react to performance deviations
• promote business cases for identifying and evaluating business opportunities
• support planning, implementation, and follow-up of pricing of products and services
• lead and develop Business Navigation organization by growing competence within function and spreading across organization
• contribute expertise to country projects to ensure on-time delivery within budget
• develop people and the business focusing on entrepreneurial behavior for future of retail possibilities

• Degree in Business/Economics or similar field or 4 or more years of management experience in Business/Economics managing large accounts on a local/national level
• people-person with ability to build rapport with matrix, stakeholders, and suppliers
• open door, empowering, strategic, and supportive management style
• amazing attention for details and ability to juggle multiple competing priorities
• analytical and results driven
• previous matrix environment experience is an asset
• 3 years of direct leadership experience managing a team of direct reports
• minimum of 7 years of experience in a Financial or Navigator role
• technology-savvy
• ability to work with deadlines and prioritize workload independently
• understanding of matrixed environment including internal and external stakeholders and vendors
