Business Finance Manager

• Review and oversee monthly Management Information reports for Asia & Middle East, providing insightful commentaries and variance analyses
• Analyze and explain the drivers of variances, generating detailed insights and recommendations
• Identify concerns and opportunities, reporting on the underlying factors affecting financial performance
• Create interactive analyses using Tableau to enhance data interpretation and decision-making
• Conduct capability reviews, analyze product margins, and evaluate flow dynamics
• Assess product penetration across segments and compare required versus actual returns by product, channel, and segment
• Act as a systems and process expert, leading projects in collaboration with GFO (offshore team), including developing and restructuring MI reports
• Deliver comprehensive financial analyses and commentaries for the Executive Council, Board and relevant committees
• Provide key highlights, suggest actionable opportunities, and raise concerns for senior management attention

• Bachelor's degree in business or related field with substantial experience in financial analysis, planning, and budgeting within the financial industry
• Strong forward-looking mindset that aligns with current market conditions
• Proven ability to influence and partner effectively with stakeholders, demonstrating strong business acumen
• Excellent system and spreadsheet skills
• familiarity with TM1 and Tableau is preferred
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
• A proactive team player who can challenge norms and resolve issues independently
• Ability to thrive under pressure and manage competing priorities effectively
