Build strategic partnerships throughout the organization to align priorities, improve decision making, act, and hold others accountable to outcomes
Partners with the broader finance and accounting organization to provide financial domain expertise
Apply your knowledge from other industries and business models to analyze current business performance, to develop vision and strategies and to originate ideas
Understand and be able to effectively articulate business objectives, insights and market drivers
Lead financial planning, analysis, and decision support to drive commercial performance and growth across the SEAT/APAC region
Manage the end-to-end finance planning calendar, coordinate and consolidate inputs from SEAT/APAC markets, and ensure timely, accurate delivery of Actual vs Budget and Rolling Forecast submissions
Conduct in-depth competitive, patient, and in-market sales performance analyses to inform forecasting, pricing optimization, market access, and commercial decision-making
Support launch readiness and go-to-market activities for new products by performing market analyses, tracking commercial performance, and advising on resource allocation to maximize uptake
Guide regional offices budgeting and closing processes, ensuring alignment with group reporting timelines and high-quality financial controls
Coordinate, prepare, and follow-up for Business Reviews, Board briefings, and regional leadership meetings
Partner with local finance teams and regional functional heads to enable smooth planning cycles, transparent follow-ups, and effective decision-making across commercial, medical, and operations teams
Leverage Excel Power Query, Tableau BI, and other tools to run improvement projects, share best practices, and strengthen business intelligence, ad-hoc analyses, and executive presentations for SEAT/APAC leadership.
Requirements:
Minimum 8-10 years in finance roles
Degree in accounting, finance or a related field
professional certifications such as CPA or CMA are an advantage
Meaningful experience in business analysis, finance, accounting, commercial development, business strategy, sales, procurement, planning, operation, supply chain or other business capability roles with responsibilities that included improving the financial performance of the business
Demonstrated experience leading cross-functional initiatives as well as partnering with senior leaders in a business team environment to communicate business strategy, articulate economic value of alternative options, and/or seek investment authority from senior leadership
Experience, passion and capability in analyzing and communicating periodic financial performance (monthly, quarterly, annual results), near-term financial forecasts (next year), long-range strategic planning (3–5-year outlooks), and key financial improvement bets throughout these timeframes
Strong written and verbal communication skills (storytelling) including using effective charts and graphs that can connect to all levels of the organization
Comfort with highly ambiguous business analysis with demonstrated experience simplifying and advancing decision making despite the ambiguity
Strong proficiency in financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting, with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Advanced knowledge of Excel. Experience with Power Query and Tableau for reporting and data analysis are an advantage
