Job Responsibility:
Build and maintain respectful, professional relationships with doctors, pharmacists and other local healthcare partners in Pune
Develop and deliver a territory business plan guided by customer insight and local needs
Share clear, accurate, science-based information to support healthcare professionals’ decision-making
Record and report activity and results accurately using company systems
Work with cross-functional colleagues to resolve customer needs and improve patient access
Continuously learn about clinical evidence, market trends and practical ways to improve performance
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree from a recognised institution
Minimum 1 year of customer-facing field sales or territory management experience
Valid driver’s licence and willingness to travel regularly within the territory
Good verbal and written communication skills in English and Marathi or other local languages spoken in Pune
Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
Right to work in India
Nice to have:
Prior experience in pharmaceutical, medical or healthcare sales roles
Comfortable discussing clinical evidence and scientific concepts with healthcare professionals
Strong planning, organisation and time management skills
Ability to use customer insight and simple data to guide activity
Fluency in Marathi and Hindi in addition to English
High motivation to learn, adapt and take on increasing responsibility
