Job Description:

You will build trusted relationships with healthcare professionals across Pune. You will share clear, science-led information that supports better patient care. You will create and deliver a local territory plan using customer insight to prioritise activity. You will work closely with colleagues across functions to solve local challenges and improve access. Job Responsibility:

  • Build and maintain respectful, professional relationships with doctors, pharmacists and other local healthcare partners in Pune
  • Develop and deliver a territory business plan guided by customer insight and local needs
  • Share clear, accurate, science-based information to support healthcare professionals’ decision-making
  • Record and report activity and results accurately using company systems
  • Work with cross-functional colleagues to resolve customer needs and improve patient access
  • Continuously learn about clinical evidence, market trends and practical ways to improve performance

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree from a recognised institution
  • Minimum 1 year of customer-facing field sales or territory management experience
  • Valid driver’s licence and willingness to travel regularly within the territory
  • Good verbal and written communication skills in English and Marathi or other local languages spoken in Pune
  • Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Right to work in India

Nice to have:

  • Prior experience in pharmaceutical, medical or healthcare sales roles
  • Comfortable discussing clinical evidence and scientific concepts with healthcare professionals
  • Strong planning, organisation and time management skills
  • Ability to use customer insight and simple data to guide activity
  • Fluency in Marathi and Hindi in addition to English
  • High motivation to learn, adapt and take on increasing responsibility
