Job Responsibility:
Build and maintain trusted relationships with healthcare professionals and institutional stakeholders
Deliver territory plans and local activities that support business objectives and patient outcomes
Run professional visits and educational meetings to share evidence and insights clearly and responsibly
Gather and report market and customer feedback to inform local strategy and improve service
Work with colleagues across functions to solve customer needs and drive execution
Follow company policies, quality standards and local regulations in all activities
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
science, pharmacy or medical backgrounds are an advantage
Minimum 1–3 years of customer-facing experience, preferably in sales, field roles or account management
Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and local languages
Proficiency with basic computer applications such as Microsoft Word, Excel and mobile apps
Valid driver’s license and ability to travel within the assigned territory
Customer-focused mindset with integrity and a commitment to ethical behaviour
Nice to have:
Prior experience in healthcare or pharmaceutical field roles
Ability to interpret and communicate scientific or clinical information clearly
Planning and analytical skills to develop and track territory performance
Experience running professional or academic meetings
Comfortable working independently and as part of a team
