You will represent GSK across the Kolkata territory, building trusted relationships with healthcare professionals and local partners. You will share clear, science-led information that supports better patient care. You will design and deliver a territory plan based on customer insight and local needs. Job Responsibility

  • Build and maintain respectful, professional relationships with doctors, pharmacists and other local healthcare partners
  • Create and deliver a territory business plan guided by customer insight and local needs
  • Share clear, accurate and science-based information to support healthcare professionals' decision-making
  • Record activity, outcomes and customer insights accurately using company systems
  • Collaborate with cross-functional colleagues to resolve customer needs and improve patient access
  • Keep learning about clinical evidence, local market trends and practical ways to improve performance

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree from a recognised institution
  • Minimum 1 year of customer-facing field sales, territory management, or related experience
  • Valid driver's licence and willingness to travel regularly within the territory
  • Good verbal and written communication skills in English and Bengali
  • Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Right to work in India

Nice to have

  • Prior experience in pharmaceutical, medical or healthcare field sales
  • Comfortable discussing clinical evidence and explaining scientific concepts to healthcare professionals
  • Strong planning, organisation and time management skills
  • Ability to use customer insight and basic data to guide activity and prioritise work
  • Fluency in additional regional languages used around Kolkata
  • High motivation to learn, adapt and take on increasing responsibility
