Job Responsibility:
Build and maintain respectful, professional relationships with doctors, pharmacists and other local healthcare partners
Create and deliver a territory business plan guided by customer insight and local needs
Share clear, accurate and science-based information to support healthcare professionals' decision-making
Record activity, outcomes and customer insights accurately using company systems
Collaborate with cross-functional colleagues to resolve customer needs and improve patient access
Keep learning about clinical evidence, local market trends and practical ways to improve performance
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree from a recognised institution
Minimum 1 year of customer-facing field sales, territory management, or related experience
Valid driver's licence and willingness to travel regularly within the territory
Good verbal and written communication skills in English and Bengali
Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
Right to work in India
Nice to have:
Prior experience in pharmaceutical, medical or healthcare field sales
Comfortable discussing clinical evidence and explaining scientific concepts to healthcare professionals
Strong planning, organisation and time management skills
Ability to use customer insight and basic data to guide activity and prioritise work
Fluency in additional regional languages used around Kolkata
High motivation to learn, adapt and take on increasing responsibility
