The Business Execution Analyst will be a pivotal member of the franchise's first line of defense, responsible for driving operational excellence, strengthening the control environment, and ensuring seamless coordination of key governance and regulatory processes. This role requires a proactive and detail-oriented individual who can effectively manage multiple priorities, liaise with various stakeholders, and provide critical support to the Business Execution team and senior leadership. The successful candidate will play a key role in upholding the integrity of the franchise's risk and control framework.
Job Responsibility:
Drive the end-to-end preparation and coordination for Country Coordinating Committee (CCC) meetings
Diligently track, monitor, and follow up on all tasks and action items arising from CCC meetings
Lead the coordination and execution of the annual CCC survey
Take ownership of maintaining and updating critical documents, records, and charters owned by the franchise
Manage downloading issue data from the management dashboard, tracking progress, and following up with relevant teams to ensure timely activation and closure
Provide robust oversight for all issues and Corrective Action Plans (CAPs) under the CCOBH ownership
Work closely with business units to ensure all necessary approvals are secured for any issue re-targets
Actively contribute to strengthening the overall control environment by partnering with business leaders
Download and analyze Country MCA reports to support the franchise in the effective monitoring and testing of key controls
Focus on reducing the number of overdue Regulatory Changes(RCs) to achieve a tangible reduction in compliance risk
Ensure that overdue RCs are appropriately escalated by following up with relevant AUs to open an official issue/CAP in the ICAPs system
Proactively track, coordinate, and manage all regulatory deliverables to ensure deadlines are met
Meticulously maintain the regulatory communication tracker
Support the Independent Compliance Risk Management (ICRM) team, as applicable, in the determination and application of regulatory requirements to a specific business or function
Assist the CCOBH in preparing for and managing engagements with regulatory bodies, governmental agencies, and other external stakeholders as required
Provide essential support for general and strategic initiatives led by the Country and Cluster Business Execution teams
Requirements:
Experience in risk management, compliance, audit, business execution, or a similar control-focused role, preferably within the financial services industry is an advantage
Exceptional organizational and project management skills with a strong ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines
A meticulous eye for detail is essential for reviewing materials, tracking issues, and maintaining accurate records
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively and build relationships with stakeholders at all levels of the organization
Proven ability to analyze data, identify trends, and synthesize information into clear, concise reports and presentations
High proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially PowerPoint and Excel) for data analysis, tracking, and creating executive-level presentations
Familiarity with risk management frameworks, issue tracking systems (e.g., ICAPs), and control assessment programs (e.g., MCA) is highly desirable
A proactive, self-starting individual who can work independently and demonstrates a strong sense of ownership and accountability
